- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive if not better for the quality of work, experience, and expertise. The price I am providing you is an estimate and we will need to see the project prior to giving you a quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always start off with an introduction, then ask the right qualifying questions to see what is the customer's perspective on what they're trying to accomplish on this particular project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in audio /video sales and installations since 1993. I was a manager at Fry's Electronics for 6 years. I was over the delivery and installation also.
