- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For me I usually have to have a direct conversation with the client, whether via phone or in person. That way it cuts out a little bit of the impersonality of the transaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well I’m ServSafe certified and I’ve been running a catering/travel chef business for a year now.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Well I’m a Marine veteran who couldn’t find a job in the field I was trained in the service. So I used my GI Bill in something I did all my life to enhance my skill and passion for food.
