Tom is great and very patient. I have been back and forth with him with lots of questions and I always received a quick response from him with same professionalism as the first time when we spoke. The best quality is not feeling pressure into buying especially such investment. I have had other companies quotes and appointments and first thing you feel from them is to close and sign the deal which is a big turn off. I dislike the feeling of used car salesperson and you don't get that with Tom.
