FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first hour is $100 and following it is $75/hour. I do offer packages as well. I am a provider for several insurance and we can discuss coverage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first meet to discuss your needs so that I can discover your favorite foods, dietary restrictions and health goals. If you are concerned with weight management, I will set up a program customized for your pace and lifestyle, focusing on portion control, food quality and strategizing pitfalls. If you are seeking support for increased energy, digestive issues or switching to a more plant-based diet, then we will work on that. Whatever the focus is, as we work together, you will develop a deeper understanding of the food and dietary lifestyle choices that work best for you to implement lasting changes that improve energy, balance and health.I will work with you to create a natural and healthy dietary life that is interesting, fun and rewarding so that eating well becomes a life skill.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did my Masters in Human Nutrition at Columbia University and did my Board as a Certified Nutrition Specialist®. I have done lots of research on Autism and other disabilities and how nutrition can improve some symptoms which has made me an expert on gluten and dairy free diets. I am also a licensed CDN in NYS and I am on the New York State Board for Dietetics and Nutrition.
