Brian is a true professional. He examined our basement and said he was 95% sure our previous mold issues (handled by the amazing Art Stores) were under control. But I wanted to be extra sure because I was having allergy symptoms. Brian took the samples and reported that we are in the clear. It was very reassuring and I would recommend Brian to anyone.
