- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is discounted after a certain amount of hours worked and billed quarterly to maximize cost effectiveness for clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with a client and going through what their pain points are is key. Immediate needs are addressed and we prioritize what they want from there and set a time frame for processes to move forward. At that time I will present a proposal for consideration.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified as a senior HR professional through HRCI (Human Resources Certification Institute) and SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management) SPHR and SHRM-SCP as well as having earned an MBA with honors in Organizational Development.
