These people are so unprofessional!!! They informed us early on after scheduling them that we needed to provide our own truck, because theirs was in the shop. Then they called us TWO DAYS before our move, saying that the person scheduled to move us took the day off and it didn’t make it on the calendar. They claimed they were able to move us later in the day, which was okay. But then they called us ONE DAY before the move canceling our moving day and asking us to reschedule for another day, after we had them booked for MONTHS. We hired these people to move several pieces of furniture including washer / dryer, fridge ,2 couches and 2 dressers. Their equipment was not adequate (they had to put the fridge on its side because it wouldn’t fit in their trailer (they were aware that they will have to move the fridge in advance, the other heavy items were listed as well). They didn’t protect the furniture or the floors in our house. As a result, we have a severe damage to our front door and our hardwood floors as well as our stainless steel fridge that is now covered in scratches and our furniture is scratched as well. Moreover, my husband had to help them carry most of the pieces. We liked the idea to give them a chance. They are young and motivated. However, the damages we have in a result are pretty significant ... and it was so not worth it. If you like your house or your furniture and you need movers look elsewhere... We did try to resolve the issue with them directly, but were told that we didn't point out the damage right away so they are not responsible for any of it. It was late and dark and we were stupid enough not to check right away. But now we feel responsible to inform any potential customers of the possible outcomes. Hello again Dmitri, again we apologize for the damages assessed and again offer to find a solution. Unfortunately with your unresponsiveness no resolution can be made. Your project was also not described properly including your 300+lbs refrigerator (how is that supposed to be moved up icy stairs with two people?) Moreover, there was a measured 1" of clearance on either side of the walls and both the door and handrail had to be removed. We take great value in offering exceptional service to ALL our customers and have resolved issues with damages before and have maintained our 5 star review.
