Introduction: I have been a teacher for 8 years. I have taught 6-8 and I am currently teaching 4th grade reading/writing. I am able to teach or tutor students of all background and grade levels up to 8th grade. I really like to get to know the child and help them using topics that interest them. I genuinely want the student to want to learn. I love that all children are different and that I am able to be a vital part of their success!

My son, struggles with dyslexia, and after tutoring with Lynsey, reading is so much easier for him. He actually enjoys reading now. He's in the second grade and at first he was just on a kindergarten reading level and after 3 sessions he was reading at the beginning of a 2nd grade level. She was able to personalize learning material for him where success was the only option. I'm very grateful and he's always anticipating his next reading experience with Mrs. Lynsey.... AWESOME LADY!!!!

I graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2007. I have taught in a charter school and a public school.
