What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For small projects we go over a couple of questions and we bring the equipment necessary to perform our job in one trip for our customer convenience. For bigger projects We meet our prospect customers walk the site to design the best protección, after that we summit it to our engineers for approval and send the proposal back to the customer with all the details that the customer may need to know about the project. Customer sen it back after approval and we set up best day and time for installation.
