FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies for each project. The size of the roof tells us how much labor and materials is needed, the quality and style of the roof. A limited lifetime asphalt roofing system, metal roof, and clay roofs are higher in cost. We are very competitive with our lifetime shingles, 30 year shingles, and 3-tab shingle installations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you schedule for us to come out and inspect your roof we process a satellite picture measurement of your roof so we can provide you with a accurate estimate. Our roof inspector and estimator will get on your roof and take pictures (drone pictures/videos as needed) of your roof so they can go over the deficiencies. Provide an informative demonstration, material samples, and color samples. Determine if your roof is covered by insurance, call your insurance to file a claim, meet insurance adjuster at your home to inspect roof with them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years roofing combined experience with the two owners. Prior to roofing worked as project manager for a local custom home builder, estimator for new construction, trades, and insurance.
