About this pro
My son started taking piano lessons from Kelly a year and half ago. Since then, he has blossomed. We'd tried a franchise center before discovering Kelly but quickly discovered that a minimum of piano playing is actually done there. At 7, he needed the basics first and she made it so easy and fun for him. Now 9, he took and passed the ABRSMs at Cal State LA last fall, becoming one of the youngest to do so out of 600 students. Recitals are offered twice a year, allowing kids to present their work to an audience. The kids enjoy playing, thanks to her patience, passion and persistence. We highly recommend Kelly Pedroza and Elite Musique.Apr 13, 2017
We are so lucky to have met such an outstanding, caring and friendly music teacher. Kelly Apgar and her wonderful array of instructors make music lessons fun and enjoyable for my three daughters, who take piano, guitar and, voice lessons. Within months of taking music lessons, my daughters were reading music and playing songs! An added benefit to working with Elite Musique is that they prepare students for passing the Royal School of Music exams. Kelly and her staff are nurturing and patient with their students. Kids learn how to play an instrument while developing the love of music!Mar 15, 2017
The two years that my daughter has been taking piano lessons with Elite Musique piano teacher, Kelly, has been nothing but a positive experience. My daughter's favorite aspect is preparing and performing for the company-organized open mic nights. As a parent, I have been impressed with Kelly's knowledge and professionalism, her genuine attention to my daughter's advancement in piano (and voice) skills, and the performing and testing opportunities.Mar 15, 2017
With her warm, outgoing personality, Kelly makes piano fun for kids of all ages. We've been fortunate to have her teaching our child for a year and half now and it is truly amazing how far he has come. This past fall, he even sat the for Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSMs) at Cal State Los Angeles and was the youngest of her clients to pass out of a group of 600. We think studying theory and playing piano supports math; the discipline required reinforces other study habits. Twice a year recitals help children become comfortable presenting their work. With her guidance, our son's passion for music has really grown and we believe it will be a lifelong love. He enjoys playing. What more could you ask for? We highly recommend Kelly and Elite Musique.Mar 14, 2017
