Installed two sheds quickly and did a great job. Would recommendOct 16, 2018Verified
Hired to install appliances, lights and a ceiling fan. Had to hire other contractors to redo most of work. Ended up with thousands in damage to kitchen due to water line to fridge having been taped to appliance (pic below) rather than installed correctly. It failed and flooded the newly remodeled kitchen.Sep 23, 2018VerifiedRobert O.'s reply
I think you selected the wrong pro. We came and cleaned up a job that you fired someone on and we did garage lights outside on your garage. Please contact us so we can clear up the confusion.
LGO handyman came out to my job site. He gave a bid that was unbelievably high compared to others. When I wasn’t interested in moving forward....he contacted my assistant and told her that I wasted his time, but would like referrals from her. The best part...he didn’t realize that I was on the thread as well.Jul 16, 2018VerifiedRobert O.'s reply
We were promised the work and spent over 6 hours working with Rita’s assistant and with Rita. We rushed out to the property because we were told it need to be done immediately. We were very accommodating and we provided a detailed bid and never heard back. I texted several times to try and get an answer and was never responded to. There was no further communication which was odd. As soon as I mentioned that she had wasted my time she responded immediately. I must admit I felt taken advantage of and all of my hard work was not even worth a response. And my reward is a one star review
Rob was great to work with but unfortunately the employee that was sent out to my condo wasn’t. The first day I was scheduled to have work done this individual was 3 hours late and made an absolute mess of my bathroom with no intention of cleaning it. The second day he was SIX hours late. When I called at 10:30 to check in it was obvious that I had woken him up. Between his bad attitude, cussing and crappy work I was exercising all the patience I had. Mind you, I was told this project would be a one day job. I had a few requests about how my vanity was installed and that if the tile was in the way to let me know. The employee did not let me know and installed it anyways. This caused other issues down the line that cost me. Among other things the individual had done including bad plumbing work and a shotty patch job in my shower. Rob did everything he could to make this situation right. However, the relationship had already been strained and the damage done. I am aware that this employee is no longer with the company and it’s unfortunate that it worked out this way. Also - everything is À la cart so costs can add up quickly. Which wouldn’t have been a problem for me had the work been done right.Sep 10, 2018VerifiedRobert O.'s reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our usual fees are 75 for a service call which will cover most small quick projects. If not then the 75 dollars will be applied towards the job. We work rather fast and feel bidding the work is of greater benefit to the customer as people who charge an hourly rate take longer than usual to complete the job or task. Bidding the work assures you that the project or task will not be stretched out to gain more money from the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Initially, we will contact the client who will provide a description of the project to be completed, during which more precise details (time frame and budget) will be discussed. An appointment time will be set-up with the client to perform the work. A phone call or text to confirm appointment time will occur usually the day before or the morning of the scheduled task or project. Once the project is completed to satisfaction we will accept payment. A standard 30 day warranty of the work is typically applied to all tasks and projects, this is to ensure client satifaction and continued confidence in our workmanship. We then await a happy review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? Our company has been in the home service industry for over 30 years. Our team includes professionals that are certified in electrical and plumbing, making us qualified to complete repair, service and improvement projects. Being in the home service industry for over 30 years, we feel we have the hands on experience necessary to complete a project exceptionally. Having certification in electrical and plumbing is an added bonus.
