FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Variable due to type of Structure Detached/Attached, Square Footage, Number of Families, Ect. Although my prices are very competitive and reasonable I include the Termite Inspection Report form NPMA-33 for my Clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After I'm hired by the client I generally meet them at the house to be inspected. I usually begin the inspection on the outside components first then move inside to the basement and work my way up until all components of the house are inspected. The client can usually figure the average time on site to be 21/2 hours plus or minus depending upon issues. After the on site inspection I finish the report on my own at my office where I merge the pictures and add the narratives to the report, approximately 2 hours. I then forward the report to the client by E-Mail in a PDF format for their review and they can call me with any questions they may have.
