Introduction: Sita Caters is an experience, it's not just good food but an explosion of flavors on your pallet. Sita Caters promise that when you eat anything we offer; "your tastebuds will come to life". We aim to bring you a unique food experience as we merge Caribbean/West Indian food alongside Hispanic food. Not only ware we experienced in Caribbean/West Indian and Hispanic food, but also Southern/BBQ, Asian, American and Italian. Not only do I enjoy what I do, but I LOVE what I do. Since I was young I was in the kitchen with the woman of my family picking up on family recipes; helping any which way I can. Cooking is not only an art but is something that I take pride in doing knowing that I can create a meal that people will remember for a long time to come.
