- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While it's generally less expensive to provide our clients with just moving labor (loading/unloading). We can provide moving trucks and pass those costs along. We have a 2 hour minimum on all moving labor jobs. We do not refund for unused time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we will discuss our client's labor needs with them and present all the services we offer so we can find a solution for their needs. We find out if client wants us to provide a moving truck and moving labor or if they will provide the truck and want us to provide the labor (less expensive). We find out how many movers and how many hours of service the client will need. We find out any specific needs client has. For example, client wishes to rent a moving truck but doesn't feel comfortable driving a big truck. We would suggest having our movers meet you at the rental truck location and you add one of our licensed movers as an additional driver to drive the moving truck to the load destination. This relieves client of driving a big moving truck.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While this is a newer company, most of the employees have been in the furniture moving industry for years. We are very experienced and pride ourselves on safety, service, and client satisfaction.
