We had an issue with an hvac unit actually burning up in our ceiling, and called in our service company. The company we were paying annual maintenance on actually forgot to service the unit, until the point of it burning up. We called in My Four Seasons, and they were able to remove the bad unit, and install a new one very quickly. The workers were very nice and seemed to care about their work.

Ryan with My Four Seasons is a very knowledgeable HVAC professional. He not only inspected and tested my system prior to bidding on the job, but he also helped me to understand that my existing ductwork was not properly engineered and therefore was inadequate to supply any additional registers in the basement areas that I was finishing. He then proposed a solution to modify the existing main supply trunk prior to adding the additional basement vents. I'm very happy with result as it not only worked for for the new basement areas, but also improved supply to my main living floor.

We received three quotes from different contractors. Ryan was the most thorough and knowledgeable about our issue and our HVAC system in general. He really took the time to inspect our system and duct work, and explained in detail his findings and the potential solutions. He was tricky to get ahold of after the initial estimate due to his busy schedule, but we are overall very pleased with the work he performed for us. Would def recommend to others. Thanks Ryan

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to introduce myself and my company and then take the time to listen to everything a client is willing to offer about the job. The more information the better. This gives us a chance to provide knowledge and possibly answer questions that the client didn't even know they had. After going over everything, we like to set up an appointment to come look at the job so that we can provide a detailed and correct estimate. Once this estimate is reviewed by the client and found to be acceptable, we will draft a contract, have it signed by both parties and then schedule a start date so that we can move towards getting your project complete.
