- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes we have a standard price list for products and additional services. Most of the jobs require on site inspection for accurate and competitive quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?If I have enough information on the quote and some pictures if Im comfortable I can quote over email. Most jobs require inspection for proper job estimate. If the customer accepts the quote, there will be an official contract written and deposit required unless the job is financed. I estimate installation date at time of inspection.
