- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Thumbtack customers usually provide general information regarding the work they need performed and at that time I will schedule an on-site appointment in order to finalize the quote. Once the terms are agreed upon by the customer then I will add the job to my schedule at the earliest date available and complete the job in a timely manner.
