FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The client will contact me about the event type and what services they need. We will set up a consultation in which we will discuss together their makeup needs. The consultation is free! Then, we will move to a trial some time before the actual event. This is a paid trial in order to apply the makeup and determine the needs of the client to insure perfection on the actual event day. At the end of the trial, the client can choose to hire me and I will bring a contract and we will discuss the event date and any specifics needed. At the time of contract signing, a deposit will be required that can be refunded in a sepcified amount of time. I look forward to providing the best customer service and insuring each client is happy with their makeup application!
