- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have standard pricing. I feel that each individual service cannot be put in a simple box. I try to personalize each service that I provide so the client doesn't end up paying for a package deal when they may not need all that is included in the package.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet a client face to face in a casual meeting place. Usually, a Starbucks or something like it. I like to have a minimum of one hour to discuss the details of what the client is needing. It usually takes closer to two hours! I like to get a feel for the person I will be working for and want the to get a feel for who I am. Who and what we are can influence many aspects of our business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as a office manager, bookkeeper, and a secretary/receptionist. I have worked with the public for years and have always enjoyed it. I have a Associates of Science Degree in Graphic Web Design, I am a Registered Tax Return Preparer with over 5 years experience. I do continuing education in all the fields that I work with to stay current on how those fields are changing and how it will affect what I offer to my clients.
