I shine a light on the fulfillment that comes from my clients following their dreams while giving them the space and confidence to fully express who they are and be authentic.
I give my clients a space to be where they are and hold them naturally creative, resourceful and whole. I hold them accountable to their dreams and show them there is no limit. One of the things I love most is watching my clients empower themselves to live a fulfilling life.

I began talking to Rachel when I was in the process of totally changing my life, moving to a brand new place, and starting a new job. Talking to her for even half an hour a week was absolutely instrumental to my smooth transition. She challenged me to think differently about the people in my life, my goals and who I am as a person. Rachel always asked the right questions and was open to what worked for me. If something wasn't working for me, I could just tell her and we would change it. She was extremely trustworthy, flexible and kind with me. Working with her was definitely one of the most positive experiences of my life. I would recommend her to any one who wanted to learn more about themselves!

Rachel is an amazing and inspiring life coach. Throughout my experience, Rachel helped me find the true meaning of happiness, what motivates me, and an optimistic outlook on life situations. No matter the challenge I presented at each coaching session (everything from "teach me how to get better at saying 'no'" to "I really need to manifest more money in my life") Rachel provided the perfect tools and visualizations to help me achieve it. Perhaps my favorite lesson I've learned from her is that our thoughts aren't who we are - we can control them and create our own reality. I truly have never felt more empowered, enlightened or motivated than after a session with Rachel. I can't recommend her enough!

Rachel was my life coach for some time and I could not have asked for someone better to have helped me during a difficult time in my life. She was so compassionate, welcoming and warm. Not only was she easy to speak with but I knew I could trust her with anything I told her. Rachel helped me figure out myself and realize that there is so much to life and that your attitude can change. I can not thank her enough for all of her time and effort she put into making me realize that this my life and I am in control and deserve to be happy.

I highly recommend Rachel Kalman as a life coach.
