I could not be more pleased about the service I received from Madilene. My piano was damaged during Hurricane Harvey and I didn't know if it would survive. When Madilene arrived, she examined the piano, explaining each and every thing she was doing. She told me what would be involved to try to repair the piano and the approximate cost. She also provided the name of someone else who might have to do some of the work. After hearing all this, I decided to look for another piano. When I told her this, she did not try to change my mind or sell her services to fix it. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer a discount of $5 off each Tuning for 2 or more pianos at a single location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When I am at a piano for the first time, while I am tuning, I assess any needs that the piano may need regarding cleaning, repairs, regulation, etc that can increase the enjoyment and performance of the piano.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Certified Piano Technician granted by The American School of Piano Tuning. I also have a Bachelor of Music in Music Therapy with a minor in Piano.
