Our business was great at satisfying the needs of our current customers however we were not good at acquiring new customers. We needed to increase our revenues due to rising material costs and technology upgrades. However, we could not continue to pass that cost along to our existing customers. After engaging with Quincy he trained us to understand opening new markets and diversifying our client base. In the beginning it was a challenge to integrate staff, create JIT production systems and gain economies of scale by implementing strategic supply chain protocols. With patience and professionalism our teams were able to gain momentum quickly and get off to a great start.
To date, we have maintained efficient production, diversified our client base and most importantly increased profits and market share. Thanks Quincy, our investment with you is showing great returns!
