Dependable, Professional & caring cleaner I've ever worked with! After moving to Austin, finding a great cleaner was a big challenge for me. Now I have worked with Dee's cleaning for more than 7 months now, their quality of service hasn't changed. They work quickly & efficiently through the house, and pay great attention to details. They started helping me with cleaning one of my rental house, they did such a great job, now they are regularly cleaning my own house. Johana cares about the work she does, very positive every time when you talk to her. They normally come as 2 person team, they are the owners and cleaners, no middleman. That's why their top notch service is reasonably priced.Highly recommended.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat rate prices are available for reoccurring clients who request weekly, biweekly cleanings. after initial cleaning. Also have a la cart services starting at $30 unless quote was sent as a flat rate
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Scheduling a in home walk through appointment to meet the business or home owners, check list is always on hand to better assist with the cleaning task. Different homes have different cleaning needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I come from a family that owns several cleaning business in other states, with there knowledge & my years of cleaning our home y my fathers Post Construction home cleaning business in Oklahoma, I have 8 wonderful years!
