Introduction: I do focused but relaxing deep-tissue work. It can be intense as you need it, but I aim for overall relaxation and wellness. I try to check in on pressure levels throughout the massage and maintain the proper amount of communication whether that be a little or a lot!
I blend many different styles and am very adaptable.
I love helping people with their bodies. Being in massage for over 6 years, I've had great insights into the human physique. Gravitational forces acting on our bodies distort posture and alignment. I see it as solving the puzzles the human body presents us with in terms of myofascial structure. Equilibrium is always the goal.
I love that it's creative as well. Everyone does it slightly (or even drastically!) different. Creative things always continue to inspire me...

Ian was very accommodating in short notice. I had a back injury at work and wanted a massage combined with my regular therapy. He is very intuitive while finding my problem areas. He takes his time and makes sure to cover everything from head to toe while applying more attention to the challenging spots in my lower back.
Great balance of conversation and quiet time I look forward to trying him again in the near future!

Ian gives a first-class massage! He's very perceptive and will customize his techniques to your trouble areas while always being sensitive to your comfort level. At the same time, he makes a point of addressing all areas during a full body massage, including relaxing neck work, upper back trigger points, leg stretches, and hot towel foot treatments, etc. I always leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and looking forward to my next visit.
