AB Solution Home Services was punctual, professional, and made sure work was quality work. The crew was very careful not to cause any unnecessary damage and cleaned up every day. They were polite and hard working. Josue (owner) was always professional and very responsive. He would call to check on my satisfaction and to go over the next steps. Very informative and had good suggestions. A lot of contractors that I have worked with had an "I don't care" attitude. Josue did care and worked with his crew to make sure they cared and always did the right thing. After 4 months, realized columns were installed improperly and taking water in at the top of columns. Josue will not return calls, texts or emails. Went to his business address twice, he would not come out. Took 5 days for the rainwater to drain from columns! And of course this damages the columns. Cost of columns $2300! I send my crew there twice to repair something the you decided to do because I recommended I mention before we start the job those columns needs rain cup you refuse as to do it because you say will lose the design I have that on the contract you sing I still send me crew there with out charging you . and you have my number call me any time if you still having problems I will be more then happy to get it repair but I know for sure this not happened again because is done the right way. you still have 7 more months of warranty. thank you.
