The representatives at DelfinCorp Property Management are consummate real estate professionals. Our investment group had a difficult time finding quality tenants. It got to a point that we moved the tenants out and begun to renovate the property with the intent to liquidate our investments. It was during this time that we were very lucky to be introduced to Jose Carrillo, from DelfinCorp. He provided direction through the renovation process of two properties to meet market demand. Once the properties were renovated he found quality tenants in less than a month. Jose is Great !!! He help me turn my properties from negatives to a huge positive cash flow units I turn over my entire portfolio and he took it like this own properties From replacing the tenants I placed which were not paying on time and more . He got the places repaired on and under budget He got New and Qualified tenants ( that are paying on and before the 1st of the month ) Yeah !!!! ;-) He collects the rent and deposit it in my account .
