This is our second time working with Closet America and we loved our experience! Joseph, in particular, is a phenomenal designer, and no matter the project, large or small, he takes time to make sure it is designed and installed exactly how you want it. Our closet system works perfectly, looks beautiful, is customizable, and incredibly sturdy. I wish we had more and bigger closets just so we could have their work in more places in our home. And the installers are always on time, professional, friendly, and diligent in their work. No scuff, no mess left behind, amazing. Highly recommend!

Our current wire rack system in our upstairs closet failed. I contacted several companies and Closet America offered us the quickest appt. Jenny came to our home and looked at the closet. She came up with many ideas to meet our needs. Luckily our install date was moved up and Closet America keep in contact. Mauricio and his helper arrived on time and completed the job. They left the closet in good order and gave us information on the system. We were very pleased with the design and quality. Everyone was extremely professional and courteous. The tough job of putting everything back in has begun. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was so impressed with this company. She was on time and gave us an estimate and computer mock up in about 30 minutes. She quoted a price with a couple of discounts...great work! Now I've just got to be patient and wait for them to install.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our design consultations and installations are always free! Every organizational system from Closet America is 100% custom for your unique space.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During your free in-home consultation, your designer will share samples of the materials we use, as well as an assortment of hardware we offer. Next, your designer will take detailed measurements of your space. Once your space is measured, the designer will input measurements into our 3D design software. Together, you and your designer will discuss your vision for the space, which will then be turned into 3D rendering of what you can expect your space to look like. By the end of the visit, you will receive an exact price quote in writing that we will guarantee for 1 full year.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Majority of our designers have interior design degrees.
