One-Call "To Do It All" General Contracting's reply
I did not do any work for this customer, nor even meet with her. I'm awaiting Thumbtack support to remove this review. After initial contact, I was unable to even meet and was marked "hired" a week later then given a 2-star review for work I didn't even do.

Not only did he do the job, he was very honest about issues he found while completing it. Will definitely use again.

Matt is terrific. He is responsive and professional. He really knows what he is doing on a myriad of home repairs from mounting artwork and shelving to more complex jobs. He also has great ideas. We know we can count on Matt.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I can bill hourly or set-price depending on the job type/size and the customer's preferences. I often send an "N/A" price quote rather than attempt to bid a job with the limited information provided, to avoid confusion. Estimates are free and I am very reasonable with my rates.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

A new customer should get my phone number in my initial reply here on thumbtack. From there I need to establish contact via phone, for faster, simpler communication. After that we can set up an appointment for me to come check out the job or jobs you want done.
