If you are looking for a realtor that will work for you and will listen to you he is your guy. We were very disappointed with other companies I felt like a little fish in a big pond that my voice could not be heard. They wanted to list my house so low that it would sell its self and they wouldn't have to work. Shave came in did a excellent home evaluation , listen to what we said, acted on it. Listed my home 30 k more than any other company. Our house sold in 4 days when other companies said it was a slow down . Thanks for his help. Laura And Buff Gardner
