- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the square foot depending on the project. We also charge time and material in certain circumstances.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer service is our number one priority. We do everything thing we can to make the process go as smooth as possible for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both my partner and I were in an five year apprenticeship program in Boise. We are both master Journyman now.
