- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is always an initial phone call to introduce myself to the customer. We then discuss a few minor details & agree on a time and date to meet for a consultation to discuss ideas & needs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started with the inflatable rentals and just went on from there to balloon work and event decor.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
It's difficult to pick a specific event. We tailor anywhere from big events such as a wedding to a smaller gathering as a Babyshower or first bday party. Big events can take up to 2 days; but we work with the time allotted. Amount of time taken to setup would just depend on the services needed.
