- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$300 per year for our pest free living program. Quarterly inspections/treatments and re service as needed at no additional charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Educate and explain what we're dealing with and how to take care of it. Be honest and upfront. If I can't take care of the problem I will say.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 plus years experience. Purdue University correspondence course.
