I would give JTC 10 stars if I could. I had initially planned to update windows in our sunroom. However we found wood rot dating from the time the room was added on to the house. The room had to just about be rebuilt from the ground up. I was fortunate to hire JTC construction! Jon planned/designed and carried out the entire project and it turned out beautiful. Jon is a thorough professional, a conscientious craftsman, and he goes above and beyond to create a project to be proud of. I appreciate that Jon kept my budget in mind the whole time. He discussed with me the cost factors for the various materials, and searched out the best prices to keep costs down. Jon is reliable, organized and completely trustworthy. He clearly loves what he does and I love the extra touches he thoughtfully added to the project, like making sure I had an outside light by the back door. I'm looking forward to future projects with JTC Construction!

Jon installed our bamboo flooring which is absolutely beautiful, redid a guest bathroom with tile flooring in there with a laminate floor in the bedroom. and repaired our decks and repainted them.

Excellent experience! I needed a new house's 3 car garage floor epoxyed before it got to cold for the epoxy to stick. Jon helped for me in and did a fantastic job. He was courteous and helped me out of a jam-winter coming! Recommend. He's good and cares about quality.

We take the time to visit each job site before bidding to ensure an accurate quote that we can stick to when the job is done. After 20 years in the industry we have the expertise to know what "surprise costs" you might encounter in a project and discuss these with you at your estimate appointment. If the scope of our project grows we will discuss any new charges first.

Each project begins with a free estimate and design.
