Craig and Bobby were wonderful to work with! We had to use them for two inspections within a week (long story). During the first inspection Bobby & Craig exposed any & every issue with the home. If not for this, we would have been stuck with a dud of a home. As my husband and I were discussing extending our trip (flew in from AL), moving on & looking for a new home, Bobby told us that he would work us into his schedule should we find something else. Needless to say, he did just that! We found a home that we loved Monday afternoon, had our offer accepted Tuesday night and Wednesday morning, Bobby & Craig were there conducting our inspection! We couldn't have asked for a better inspection team than them. They were really helpful on advising how to correct certain issues, what was acceptable, what needed immediate attention, etc. Craig even found a fall ball team for our son! We couldn't have asked for anything more!
