I would highly recommend KC Movers. They worked their butts off moving us into our new home! They are hard workers and take precaution. They kept us informed on breaks and stayed true to their cost estimate. I would use them again and refer them to my friends.

Jesse and Mike were a dynamic duo! Jesse returned my call the same day, gave me an honest, fair quote, and was very professional. The guys actually finished under quote time. They loaded our 3BR townhome securely within 2 hours, completing the entire job in under 5 hours. (45 min travel to new home) Jesse and Mike took care of our belongings as though they were theirs. They were friendly and personable, even fielding questions from our inquisitive 6 yr old son. We added some gratuity, which was well-deserved! They helped make our move stress-free and light-hearted. It was so nice to talk to a small business, after trying to get through to many of he bigger companies, who's prices rose because of a short notice move date (just over a week). Not so with this company. Thank you, KC Movers! First class business!!!!

I wanted to click all five attributes, but it only let me select three. Jesse and Justin were utterly AWESOME, in a Metallica-in-their-prime kind of way. Ours was a complicated bedroom set move, and they had the gear in place within about ten minutes of arriving. They assembled it in maybe 30 minutes, they repaired a couple of dings in it that were totally not their problem, they were fun at the same time they were thoroughly professional... they clowned with us and paid attention to our kids at the same time they were putting our stuff together. We'd have them back any time, and if you don't hire these guys for whatever you can find, you either need to be examined for a severe head injury or you need to go to your room and think about how your life went so wrong. I give them double metal devil horns up. Rock on. \m/ \m/

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Competitive rates...our service speaks for itself! We offer a 5% discount to veterans and active duty. No hidden cost, everything is on the table from the start. Also, we don't "start the clock" as soon as we arrive... we walk through with you, make sure everything is understood, set our truck up, then...we go on the clock and make sure your only paying while our guys are in motion!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We introduce ourselves, do a quick walk though of your home/business. At that point we put up protective materials on your doorway, floor, and banisters. Then shrink wrap your sensitive furniture pad and protect it on the truck. We do all these same protections to your new home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every employee has a minimum of 5 years moving experience.
