What a wonderful idea for a ladies night! As working professionals, its difficult to find time to prepare a healthy meal. Our group consisted of ladies who barely knew how to boil water to those who could give Paula Dean a run for her money. With varying culinary skills, Chef Gs patience was greatly appreciated. From food prep to dinner time, the experience was phenomenal. Our meal of choice was pan-seared lamb shops, garlic asparagus and roasted potatoes. The personal touch of supplying a copy of the recipe for each of the attendees was awesome. Im looking forward to recreating this meal for my husband on our anniversary.
