Introduction: We put the "personal" in personal training. Each routine is developed specifically to meet each client's needs. Our trainers specialize in a variety of categories. Some of the categories include, but are not limited to: weight loss, building muscle, athletic performance, power/explosiveness, and muscle tone management. Our goal is to help clients "make today better than yesterday." This philosophy reminds us that no matter what your current situation may be, there is always room for improvement. We want to be by your side as you take each step towards a better you! *$30/60min session introductory price is available for a limited duration of training. Afterwards, the 60 minute session normal rate will be $60/session. We also offer 30 min. sessions

I've known Steve for 6 years now. As a trainer and as a friend Steve has been a quality influence on my life as a person. He is constantly trying to better me in many different facets of life as he works to help me achieve my goals. If he feels you are wanting to go somewhere and have drive, he will invest himself fully into helping you to get there. There are 100s of gyms, and 1000s of trainers, but only one person that I would recommend to go see if you are wanting to change your life. I put him at the top of people I would recommend in the areas of health and wellness.
