Introduction: I have been photographing professionally for over a decade but it's been in my heart all my life. I have experienced almost every style from weddings to concerts, families to events, and everything in between. The most important common factor between these is capturing lasting memories for my amazing clients. I love capturing a moment exactly as it is. My fiancée and I hired Cory to shoot engagement photos and we are over the moon with the results! Cory gave us a beautiful collection of photos that made us look great while capturing our connection. Cory was helpful throughout the whole process. Cory made me feel comfortable from the first communication we had. She was excited and pleased to work with us. She was proactive, but not pushy in establishing a timeline and order of events. She proved flexible and insightful on the day of the wedding, proving her motivation to make the most of her role as photographer. From the minute I met her I felt at ease, and knew she would guide us through the process with skill. She arrived early to get a feel for the venue and lighting. And Then got quickly to work planning critical shots, angles, and opportunities. During picture taking she kept an eye out for additional cute shot opportunities. During family group photos, She worked tirelessly to keep straying and bored family members on task and motivated for the next shot. I can't wait to see the finished product! Thanks Cory!

Cory was very well organized and has a great eye for great shots and poses, very easy to work with and helped make our wedding day run smoothly! I had a maternity photoshoot at the end of May. My partner and I are so awkward in front of the camera and Cory made us very comfortable. We were super happy with our photos. She was so kind and sent us a free 8X10 print coupon after sending our photos a day later than expected(emergencies and life sometimes gets in the way) It wasn't needed but I appreciated that she took the time to do that for us! Thank you again Cory. 10/10 recommended and I will possibly use her in the future for any other photoshoots we may decide to do.

The price you see is the price you pay, no hidden fees. It includes our session time together, hand edited images, an online gallery, and a print release.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to begin our partnership by chatting on the phone or meeting up in person! We can discuss your expectations and wishes so we start off on the same page. I can recommend locations for photo shoots and provide tips for planning your wedding timeline. If you decide we're a good fit, we'd move forward to discuss the contract and payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Indiana University where I studied studio art photography and photojournalism. I worked on the IDS newspaper occasionally from 2009-2014, had an internship with a top Nashville, TN photographer in 2009, and was a South by Southwest photographer in 2011 and 2014.
