Overall I'm really happy with this great company. They were affordable, the lawn looks amazing, and they were able to cut the lawn a day earlier than anticipated! I'm really glad I finally found a company that lives up to my husbands high standards. Plus, I would like to add the customer service is top notch. In the past I've dealt with non-comminication, tardiness, and horrible cuts so this was a breath of fresh air.

Great service! I even asked for a small extra add on after the job had been completed because I had misinterpreted part of the estimate and Property Masters promptly completed my additional request without any additional charge. I would highly recommend their service.

Excellent service very pleased. Great aeration and overseeding. I can't explain how well they did the overseeding. Initially I could not see any seeds but after 5 days I could already see the green strands of grass sprouting up. I don't know what they did to get every single seed embedded that well into the ground but it did wonders.

It was great working with Nick and team from Property Masters from beginning to end. I started looking into getting the yard aerated back in August and after submitting my project thru Thumbtack, Nick responded within an hour even though it was very late in the night. Quick responses, great pricing and great follow up! He had all my wants and needs in mind throughout the project. They just finished up with the aeration and over seeding which took less than an hour. I wish I could say they left without making a mess....but that's the whole point of getting your yard aerated - lots of plugs to help break up the compacted soil and to build a better lawn. Now it's time to go water so the grass starts to grow. Thanks again for making this very easy and inexpensive! I'll be reaching out for other projects very soon.

We have a in-house pricing system based off our many years serving the Indianapolis area. We do provide Senior citizen discount and Military discount in appreciation for their service to our country.

We like to meet with the customer so we can understand exactly what they are wanting. We then can provide a free detailed quote.
