- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are no fees, discounts may be available to repeat/referral clients. We use a small contract to hold dates, there are no deposits. Full amount is due day of the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client submits a request for a quote, my first goal is to ensure we find a time to set up an interview in person. These face-to-face meetings allow us to get a better understanding of your event while you get to learn about us as a company!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I, Leo Martin, have had an admiration for music for as long as I can remember. I have used professional audio equipment for the majority of my life and being able to live DJ for these large audiences is an amazing experience for me as I get to help take your event to the next level!
