- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would say our pricing is based fairly and with ease of understanding in mind. We don't add random fees and the upfront cost is the only cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well, I am an explainer at heart. I want you to be well informed, so I will work very hard to make sure we both understand to specific ins and outs of the project at the onset.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been in this business now for 7years and are members of several industry groups providing g guidance and problem solving.
