Small time technical is literaly the best. They truly take their time to walk you through building your app. They asked me what I wanted from the app and what my business represents, and from that they were able to incorporate things that I didn't even realize that I needed. Another reason I loved working with Small Time Technical was because they were able to explain the process much better than any of the other developers I had looked to work with. They understood that I had no experience in app development and still made me feel like an expert to my app. From the initial consultation they used terminology that I could understand and used previous apps that they developed to show me all of my design options. Lastly, one of the best parts about working with Small Time Technical is the communication. They'll send you different updates and ask questions along the way that let you know that your app is on the way. Even once your app goes live they keep that same availablity open for communication in case you have some technical questions. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always ensure that I fully understand the new customers needs, organizational goals, brand image etc. Completing an assignment to full satisfaction is always my main focus. I am available on many different communication platforms including Phone/Text/WhatsApp/FaceTime/Google Hangout. My scheduling is very flexible so I can meet any deadline requirement.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree from Purdue University in Selling and Sales Management with a certificate in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Helping businesses graphically market their products and services has been my professional focus in addition to creating a sales and execution plan.
