1. Carefully listen to the client's ideas, needs and expectations. 2. Ask questions to determine the best plan of action. 3. Present client with a competitive detailed proposal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On top of 23 years of home remolding experience I completed a 2 year degree at Ivy Tech for HVAC technology and 4 years at Mechanical Skill Industry for Residential Plumbing.
