- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices can be found on our website or Facebook page. All hair prices shown are Level 1 pricing and the prices go up about $5-$10 increments per stylist level.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As soon as our guests walk through the door, we make sure they feel special and cared for. Transformations is a faith based organization and welcomes ALL.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
To ensure excellent hair care and knowledge of Transformations standards and procedures, all of our stylists take part in our Apprentice Program before promotion to Level 1 stylist. The program is implemented after graduation from cosmetology school or former salon experience. Our levels range from 1-5 and, after Level 1, are based on client demand.
