- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We try to keep are price near or better to what current pricing is in our marketing service area. Normally we charge a bulk price per piece and offer bulk build discounts. Even with that in mind not all projects or services we offer are we able to offer that, since every project we take on is different than anyone before it. And that's why at Midwest we try and offer the best possible deal for services that you are requiring and although we may bid on as many projects as possible and stand behind the idea that no matter the project, big or small Midwest will always handle your needs . and although we may not win all project bids we egarly welcome feedback from the client that decided to go another route. Rather that issue had come down to just price it's always nice to learn and improve from on what we can do differently to earn the customers business next time. some of our current on going discount are listed below and always seem to change on a regular basis. as well as some of our general pricing breakdown New Customer Discount - $20.00 off instantly Repeat Customer Business - $ 40.00 off project total ( minimum of at least a $150.00 project to qualify otherwise it's $20.00 off) We do offer same day and next day booking at no additional cost
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?After bid is placed and client choses us. We give a call too confirm all information is correct. Then the day before appt. Time we give a reminder call as well as to make sure that they have received what they oredered and that the package does not look damaged to the point where the product might be damaged. And we ask them too make sure that if something changes and they are unable to hold the appt. To simply just give us a call. Day of appt. Our technician will call you 1 hour prior to his arrrival to confirm address. And when he is completed they will make sure your satisfied before signing off on W.O. and anywhere from 24 to 72 hours after appt you will receive a follow up call just to make sure your satisfied as well as to make sure our technician gave you outstanding customer service from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I was a Facility Supervisor for a lumber company for several years in Indiana they also sent me to a training class down near the Indiana/ Kentucky border not far from Salem I believe, so that I could become certified and trained on how to grade all types of lumber.
