- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard hourly. We do price larger projects on a flat rate. Our rates do not include materials. We do offer a 1 year warranty on labor for most repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a technician to review project and provide a quote. Our initial contact can be through phone call or email. Information that we need at first contact includes email address, phone number, home address.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have a minimum of 10 years experience. They go through a background check.
