- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is based upon complexity of case and Income. A little old lady on SSI with no assets we may take pro bono or at very discounted price. We try and be fair with all clients often times taking payment plans. We want every client to get fair legal representation they can afford and meets expectations. We are very upfront with the expected outcome of cases in the fields we practice and will not take someone’s money if we know the case is a loser.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1. We do a case review and make sure the clients expectations meet with the expected outcome. 2. We do a budget and financial analysis 3. We sign an agreement and create a payment plan that clients can afford 4. We begin working on the case keeping the client up to date with all appointments and deadlines 5. Case Closed - Happy Client
