- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based directly on the service requested. Fees will be incurred if extended travel is necessary, services are requested on holidays or outside normal working hours. Individuals who have or are currently serving (Military, Police, Firefighters) as well as medical professionals (Nurses, Doctors, EMT's) will receive a 15% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers I generally like to gather some information to get a better more full view of their situation or problem and then after assembling an action plan for the issue I keep the new customer updated as I work so I can maintain transparency and give the opportunity for the new customer to learn some information. Then if they choose to be a regular client then I gather pertinent contact information and I make myself available to service them in the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor's of Science degree from IU as well as having near a decade of experience in computer repair and troubleshooting. I have advanced training in Microsoft programs as well as training in MacOS.
