After having our water heater go out less than a week after we moved into our new home, I called the number that was on the water heater which happened to be Attaboy. Matt came out and quickly discovered what the problem was. By that time I had remembered that we had a whole home warranty, so I gave them a call to find out if we could go ahead and have Attaboy fix the water heater. Matt waited patiently for me to talk to them and find out. After being told that we had to use one of their vendors, Matt just told me that if we ended up being able to pick our own vendor that I could call them back. After dealing with a couple different vendors through the home warranty I got the okay yesterday to use a plumbing service of my choosing. As soon as I got that ok I gave Attaboy a call and requested to speak with Matt. He called me back as soon as he was able to, got the part needed to fix the water heater ordered last night, and was here first thing this morning to get it fixed. On top of everything he had already done to go above and beyond, he also dealt with talking to the warranty company while working to make sure we get reimbursed. I can't express enough thanks to Matt and Attaboy!

100% PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE? 100% SCAM! I called to inquire about them putting a sump pit in my basement. The lady that answered the phone was very pleasant and made sure to emphasize the 100% price match guarantee. The plumber came out to look the job over and shot me a price of $3800 which was more than double what I had been quoted. I needed some other work done that the first company did not do so I asked about the guarantee. We haggled back and forth a bit and finally settled on $1800 for everything and the work was scheduled for this morning at 8 AM. Fast forward to this morning: A "QA" guy showed up at the house and wanted to look the job over. He came to me after a few minutes telling me they were passing and would not do the job. He weakly referenced that there was quite a bit of water in the ground now as a reason why they couldn't do it but the key was when he said "especially at that price" so that means that the entire thing was that they couldn't make their exorbitant rates so they decided to pass. Thanks, guys. I canceled an appt with another company and took a day off work. Never again will I use these guys. I guess I should have heeded their "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau!
